El Wood has Insomnia

I find it difficult to trust people so when i let them in I hold on to them tight. Which makes letting go hard. At some point you have to realize though enough is enough, its hard when the person you hold most dear uses you over and over again, pulls you back in plays with your heart like a toy and throws you back out alone into the cold… you hope one day they will stop and just realize that you should be kept and held close not used. I gave you my all.

Have respect for yourself, know your worth 

The last few months have been awful and it stops now. Its all up from here!!!!!
